6.2 Flywheel Mechanism

The NijiX flywheel can be understood as a continuous cycle driven by cultural engagement and financial activity.

The process begins with the onboarding of an ACG IP. This IP introduces its existing audience into the NijiX ecosystem, reducing the cost of user acquisition and ensuring immediate engagement.

As fans acquire and trade the IP’s token, liquidity begins to form. This trading activity generates platform fees, which are then redistributed through mechanisms such as token buybacks, staking rewards, and ecosystem incentives.

As the value of both the IP token and the future platform token increases, the attractiveness of the platform grows. This attracts new IPs seeking access to liquidity and monetization opportunities, further reinforcing the cycle.

Over time, this creates a compounding effect where each new IP not only contributes value individually but also strengthens the overall ecosystem.
